Christmas Opening Hours

Please be advised that any orders placed after Monday 15th December MAY not be processed until 2nd January 2026 by some suppliers.

We will still capture payment and send orders to the various suppliers, but we cannot take any responsibility for their own Christmas Opening Hours and Processing times, so therefore our standard delivery times can not be relied upon between those dates.

Some suppliers will still be working and there will be no disruption, so if you want to check before placing an order, then please use our CONTACT US page to get in touch.

In terms of our telephone lines and live chat, then our Christmas Opening Hours will be as follows:

MONDAY 22nd DECEMBER: 9am to 5pm
TUESDAY 23rd DECEMBER: 9am to 5pm
WEDNESDAY 24th DECEMBER: 10am to 2pm
CHRISTMAS DAY/BOXING DAY: CLOSED
SATURDAY 27th DECEMBER: 10am to 2pm
SUNDAY 28th DECEMBER: 10am to 2pm
MONDAY 29th DECEMBER: 9am to 5pm
TUESDAY 30th DECEMBER: 9am to 5pm
WEDNESDAY 31st DECEMBER: 10am to 2pm
NEW YEARS DAY: CLOSED

We will then revert to our normal telephone hours as per the home page of our website from 2nd January 2026.
