FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Unfortunately not, due to being an online only retailer this is not currently possible.

If you don't ask then you don't get! If you are looking for something from a brand or a supplier that we currently do not supply, then get in touch and we will do our best to procure the product for you.

I am afraid not. You are responsible for ensuring your old items are removed.

No. We do not have a showroom, and we sell products online only. This enables us to keep our prices down as we do not have the overheads associated with a large showroom.

Currently we do not offer these services, but we are interested in hearing from any potential partners who would like to work with us on this moving forward.

Unfortunately we do not. We use major courier partners who operate from 7am to 10pm on weekdays, so there is ample opportunity to arrange a suitable time to ensure somebody is home.

Yes. If you are a plumber or a bathroom fitter, then we would be happy to work with you. Please get in touch either by email or telephone and we can talk through your options.

Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT, and we can provide a VAT invoice if you request one.

In the majority of cases, our suppliers have sufficient stock levels to meet the majority of our orders.

If for any reason there is going to be a delay, then we will not charge you without speaking to you and confirming an estimated restock time first.

Obviously if you are ordering a custom built option, then the lead times will be dependent on the individual supplier, and these are given on the product description tabs.

Alternatively, if you want to contact us prior to making a purchase to inquire about the availability of an item, then we would be happy to assist.

Each brand that we use has their own delivery times and process, and this is given on the Delivery tab of each Individual product.

As soon as your order has been received, we will send a confirmation email and pre-authorise your payment card, but we will not take payment at that point.

All of our orders are processed through Clearsale to prevent any fraudulent activity, and once confirmed OK to proceed, we will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have ordered is available for purchase and shipment.

If so, we will then process the payment and your order will be dispatched in line with the advertised product lead times. We will continue to keep you updated of the status of your order until it arrives safely with you.

A rimless toilet has no ledges, and is designed to reduce the spread of bacteria and growth of limescale.

With its unique flush system, water is projected around around the pan, giving an even flow of water around the bowl.

Generally the water flow speed will change depending on the size of your waste accessory. The 50mm waste enables a 25 litre per minute flow, and the 90mm waste enables a 32 litre per minute flow.

This can be a little confusing as most radiators are supplied without valves, so it is important that you have the correct one on hand. If your radiator is supplied with valves then it will say on the product description, but if it doesn't mention it, then you will need to purchase these separately.

Use the following guide to help you pick the right one....

If the Pipe work is coming out of the floor and the radiator has side connections, then you will need a set of Angled valves.

If the Pipe work is coming out of the floor and the radiator has underneath connections, then you will need a set of Straight valves.

If the Pipe work is coming out of the wall and the radiator has side connections, then you will need a set of Corner valves.

If the Pipe work is coming out of the wall and the radiator has underneath connections, then you will need a set of Corner valves.

As we are an online only retailer, we do not hold stock ourselves, which means your order will be coming direct from the supplier. If you have ordered multiple products from different brands, then they will be dispatched independently of each other.

If you have ordered a large item, then this will more than likely be a curbside delivery, meaning the driver will leave it outside of your property.
It is therefore advisable that for items such as bath tubs or other large products, two people are available to take delivery.
