Obviously if you are ordering a custom built option, then the lead times will be dependent on the individual supplier, and these are given on the product description tabs.
Alternatively, if you want to contact us prior to making a purchase to inquire about the availability of an item, then we would be happy to assist.
Each brand that we use has their own delivery times and process, and this is given on the Delivery tab of each Individual product.
As soon as your order has been received, we will send a confirmation email and pre-authorise your payment card, but we will not take payment at that point.
All of our orders are processed through Clearsale to prevent any fraudulent activity, and once confirmed OK to proceed, we will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have ordered is available for purchase and shipment.
If so, we will then process the payment and your order will be dispatched in line with the advertised product lead times. We will continue to keep you updated of the status of your order until it arrives safely with you.
Our contact information is as follows:

As we are an online only retailer, we do not hold stock ourselves, which means your order will be coming direct from the supplier. If you have ordered multiple products from different brands, then they will be dispatched independently of each other.
If you have ordered a large item, then this will more than likely be a curbside delivery, meaning the driver will leave it outside of your property.
It is therefore advisable that for items such as bath tubs or other large products, two people are available to take delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - RADIATORS
In many cases, a new radiator can be installed in the same position as your existing radiator. However, you should check the pipe centres, radiator dimensions, connections and heat output (BTU) to ensure the new radiator is compatible with your existing pipework. We recommend checking these measurements before ordering.
A standard radiator is primarily designed to heat the room, while a heated towel rail is designed to provide warmth while also allowing you to hang and dry towels.
This can be a little confusing as most radiators are supplied without valves, so it is important that you have the correct one on hand. If your radiator is supplied with valves then it will say on the product description, but if it doesn't mention it, then you will need to purchase these separately.
Use the following guide to help you pick the right one...
If the Pipe work is coming out of the floor and the radiator has side connections, then you will need a set of Angled valves
If the Pipe work is coming out of the floor and the radiator has underneath connections, then you will need a set of Straight valves.
If the Pipe work is coming out of the wall and the radiator has side connections, then you will need a set of Corner valves.
If the Pipe work is coming out of the wall and the radiator has underneath connections, then you will need a set of Corner valves.
