Trade Accounts with Brand New Bathrooms

Most trade accounts work the same way. You sign up, you get a small discount off your first order, and that's about it. Whether you buy from them once or a hundred times, the offer stays the same — and if you want a better rate, you have to chase tiers, hit spend thresholds, or prove yourself all over again.
We do things differently.
At Brand New Bathrooms, every order you place builds up store credit in your account. The more you spend over the course of the year, the more credit you earn. And if you haven't used it by your account anniversary, we pay it back to you in cash. No expiry. No forfeiture. No games.
It's a trade account built for how tradespeople actually work — small orders one week, a full bathroom the next, and a proper reward for the business you give us over time.
How our Store Credit works
Every time you place an order, we'll credit your account with a percentage of the net order value. The more you spend in a single order, the higher the percentage:

Store credit lands in your account 14 days after your order is delivered, and you can spend it on anything in our range — taps, tiles, suites, accessories, the lot. Orders paid with store credit earn store credit too, at half the standard rate.
At the end of your account year, any credit you haven't used gets paid back to you as a cash refund via bank transfer.
That's our promise: you'll never lose value on this scheme. If you don't spend it, we send it.
Everything else you get as a Trade Account holder
Store credit is the heart of the scheme, but it's not the whole story. Once your account is approved, you also get:
A longer returns window.
60 days from delivery to return unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging — double the standard retail window. Plans change, customers change their minds, mistakes happen. We get it.
A real person to talk to.
Not a call centre script, not a chatbot. You'll have a direct email and a phone number for our trade team, and the same people will answer every time you get in touch. We'll know your name and your last order without having to ask.
Priority despatch on in-stock items.
Trade orders go to the front of the queue. If it's on the shelf, it's going out today.
Project Quotes on larger orders.
Doing a full bathroom or fitting out multiple properties? Get in touch before you order. We'll put together a bespoke quote that works harder than the standard scheme, using our supplier relationships to bring the price down on bigger jobs.
Monthly Trade Spotlight.
Every month we pick a brand or category and offer an additional trade-only discount on top of the usual scheme. It might be our Coastal Collection radiators this month, a walk-in shower range the next. It's our way of saying thank you on top of everything else.

The Brand New Bathrooms website shows the brands and products we stock as standard — but it's not the full list of what we can actually supply.
We have trade accounts with a wider network of bathroom, heating, and plumbing suppliers than we've had time to put on the site. So if your customer has asked for a specific brand, a particular model, or a product you can't find on our pages, just ask. There's a very good chance we can source it for you at trade pricing, even if it's not something we'd normally list.
It works like this:
- Send us the product details — brand, model, SKU if you have it, or a photo and a description
- We'll check our supplier network and come back to you within two working days with pricing and lead time
- If the numbers work for you, we order it in on your next delivery, or as a standalone order
It's particularly useful for:
- Matching existing fittings for refurb jobs
- Sourcing specific brands your customer has specified
- Discontinued-line replacements where you need something close
- Brands we don't yet list but you know we can probably access
No catalogue browsing, no comparing prices across three merchants. Just one email to the trade team and you'll have an answer.
Credit Accounts - for when you're ready
We don't offer 28-day payment terms from day one, and here's the honest reason: we want to know we can rely on you as much as you're choosing to rely on us. That only comes from working together for a while.
Once you've placed 5 or more orders totalling £5,000+ (ex. VAT) within your first 12 months, you'll be eligible to apply for a Credit Account. That gives you 28-day invoice payment terms on orders over £1,500, subject to the usual credit checks and approval.
By the time you hit that threshold, you'll be a regular — and we'll have had time to get to know how you work, what you buy, and how we can make your life easier. It's a step up that's earned, not claimed, and by then you'll have already built up a decent pot of store credit along the way.
Something new, coming Summer 2026
We're opening a design studio in the North East — a space to see products in person, talk through projects properly, and get expert advice face-to-face. More details will follow closer to the time, but if you're a trade account holder when it opens, you'll be the first to know. We'll be sending invitations to a trade-only preview day before we open to the public.

A little bit about us
We're not a volume warehouse or a faceless marketplace. We're a small, independent business based in the North East of England, and we've been selling bathroom products online since May 2024.
Brand New Bathrooms is run by people who know the difference between a Hudson Reed flush valve and a Nuie one — and who'll happily talk it through with you. We deal directly with the brands we sell, we know their ranges inside-out, and we've built the kind of supplier relationships that let us do real work for our trade customers when it matters.
How to apply
Applying takes a couple of minutes. You'll need:
- Your business name and contact details
- One peice of trade proof - VAT number, Companies House Registration Number, Gas Safe number, or a recognised trade association membership
- A rough idea of what you will be buying, and how often
We'll review your application within two working days and come back to you with confirmation. In the meantime, you can start browsing — and once your account is active, your store credit will start accumulating from your very first order.

A few things worth knowing
How is this different from a standard discount scheme?
Most trade schemes give you a percentage off at checkout and that's it — once you've used the discount, it's gone. Our store credit scheme rewards you for every order and builds up over the year, with the reassurance that anything you don't spend comes back to you as cash. It's designed to reward consistent trade, not just one-off bargain hunting.
Can I use Store Credit alongside the Monthly Trade Spotlight offer?
Yes. Trade Spotlight discounts apply at checkout, and you'll still earn store credit on the discounted net order value.
What happens if I need to return something?
You've got 60 days from delivery, and all standard return conditions apply — unused, undamaged, original packaging. If your return affects your store credit balance (for example, part of a large order is returned), we'll adjust the credit earned accordingly.
Are all products eligible for trade benefits?
The store credit scheme applies to everything on the site. From time to time we may exclude specific clearance or heavily-discounted lines — these will be clearly marked on the product page.
Do I need to be VAT-registered to apply?
No. We welcome sole traders, limited companies, and unregistered small businesses. You just need one piece of trade proof from the list on the application form.
When do I get my annual cash refund?
Your account anniversary is the date you were approved as a trade customer. Any unused store credit on that date is paid to you by bank transfer within 30 working days. Balances under £10 roll over into the following year rather than being paid out.
What if the product I need isn't on your website?
Just ask. Our Trade Sourcing Service lets you request products from our wider supplier network, even if they're not listed on the site. Email the trade team with the product details and we'll come back within two working days with pricing and lead time. Store Credit is earned on sourced products just like standard orders. Note that sourced items may have longer lead times and, as they're ordered specifically for you, they're non-returnable unless defective.
