Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will check the Carisa stock system to ensure stock levels are sufficient to proceed. You can also contact us in advance if you would like us to check before you place the order, as we have access to a live Carisa stock system at Brand New Bathrooms.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 2-3 working days.

Custom painted Radiators, or bespoke designs, may take up to 4-6 weeks, but we will advise you prior to capturing your payment.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
