How it works:
- Backup Heating Element: For times when the heat pump or solar gain is insufficient (e.g., during cloudy weather or high demand periods), an optional electric immersion heater acts as a backup, maintaining the desired water temperature.
- High-Pressure Hot Water Supply: Being unvented, the cylinder operates at mains water pressure, delivering high-flow hot water to outlets such as taps and showers, ensuring a powerful and consistent supply without relying on gravity-fed systems.
- Efficient Insulation: The cylinder is heavily insulated to minimize heat loss, keeping the stored water hot for extended periods and enhancing overall system efficiency.

Cool Energy Ordering and Delivery Process
Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Cool Energy Holdings to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.
On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 3-7 working days.
If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.
Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
