How it works:

• Backup Heating Element: An immersion heater is often included as a secondary heating option. This provides an additional heat source when solar or heat pump inputs are insufficient, such as during high demand or in adverse weather conditions.
• High-Pressure Hot Water Supply: As an unvented cylinder, it operates at mains water pressure. This ensures powerful and consistent hot water flow to taps, showers, and other outlets without the need for a gravity-fed system or additional tanks.
• Insulation for Efficiency: The cylinder is highly insulated, reducing heat loss and maintaining water temperature for longer periods. This enhances energy efficiency and minimizes running costs.
