Transform your bathroom floor into a warm, welcoming surface with the Cosytoes TradeMat Plus. Delivering 150 watts per square metre, this electric underfloor heating mat gives even, consistent heat across the whole floor, making cold mornings a thing of the past.
Its 'Tack n Stick' installation system makes fitting simple. The fully adhesive underside lets you position and reposition the mat before committing to the final layout, with no slipping and no lifting ends. Once you're happy, peel back the tape to reveal three adhesive strips that lock the mat firmly in place, ready for tiling.
At just 3mm thick and available in 15 sizes from 1 to 12 sq.m, it sits beneath your floor finish without raising levels. The twin-element cable has tough PVC outer insulation, a high-performance Teflon inner layer and an aluminium earth wrap for safety. Rated IPX7, it is suitable for wet rooms and bathrooms, and comes with a 4m cold lead and a lifetime guarantee.
