The Cosytoes Decoupling Mat Cable is the ideal underfloor heating solution for larger, more demanding spaces such as conservatories, open-plan rooms, and anywhere that subfloor movement is a concern. Designed specifically to work with our Heating Carrier Mat, this system combines flexible installation with reliable, even heat distribution across the full floor area.

The Heating Carrier Mat does more than just hold the cable in place — it actively guards against subfloor movement, a common issue in conservatories and timber-based floors, while ensuring the cable is spaced consistently for an even spread of warmth across the entire surface. Available in 11 sizes ranging from 0.75sqm to 7.5sqm, there's a configuration to suit everything from a compact cloakroom to a sprawling conservatory floor.

At just 3mm thick, the twin-element cable adds virtually no height to your floor build-up. It runs on a standard 230V supply and delivers 11.5 watts per metre, with high-performance Teflon inner insulation and tough PVC outer insulation providing excellent durability and resistance to accidental damage. An aluminium earth wrap ensures safety throughout, and with an IPX7 wet room rating, it's equally at home in bathrooms and damp environments.

A 4-metre cold connection cable is included as standard, and the entire system is backed by a 100% lifetime guarantee — giving you the confidence to install and enjoy it for years to come.
