Please note that some products, including Glass, can not be delivered to Northern Ireland. It is always worth checking prior to purchasing and we can advise.

The Highlands and Northern Scotland:

Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Mantaleda to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will normally be ready around 5 working days following the order confirmation. Either ourselves or the delivery company will then liaise with you regarding the exact delivery date. If you are ordering a bathtub, please remember that these are "curbside" deliveries, and the driver will not be able to bring the product into your house. You need to ensure at least two people are available to take delivery of large items such as these.

Any items that are not in stock would take around 3 weeks to manufacture, but we will confirm that you are happy to wait before we confirm the order.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.

All Mantaleda baths are classed as "bespoke" and therefore not subject to standard return terms and conditions. Returns would only be considered on a case by case basis and depend on the circumstances around the reason.
