Returns Policy:
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original packaging.
Made-to-order and pre-order items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-returnable after 48 hours unless faulty.

Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will check our online stock portal to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed. If you wish to check stock prior to ordering a RAK Ceramics item, then please contact us and we can do that instantly.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 2-5 working days.

We partner with Ideal Bathrooms when supplying RAK Ceramics products, so you may receive a text or email from Ideal Bathrooms regarding your delivery, but rest assured that this on our behalf.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.
