Please note that some products, including Glass, can not be delivered to Northern Ireland. It is always worth checking prior to purchasing and we can advise.

The Highlands and Northern Scotland:

Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Royce Morgan to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will normally be ready around 3-5 working days following the order confirmation. Either ourselves or the delivery company will then liaise with you regarding the exact delivery date. If you are ordering a bathtub, please remember that these are "curbside" deliveries, and the driver will not be able to bring the product into your house. You need to ensure at least two people are available to take delivery of large items such as these.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
