Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Smedbo to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 2-3 working days.

If an item is out of stock, delivery will be made within 2 weeks, although we will confirm with you prior to capturing payment that you are happy to wait, and where possible, will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.

Smedbo’s bathroom accessories are crafted with exceptional quality, emphasising premium materials, careful manufacturing, and practical design. All Smedbo collections come with a 10-year warranty, except for DRY towel warmers and Outline Lite pedal bins, which are covered for 5 years. However, mirrors with item numbers starting with Z are not included in the 10-year warranty; instead, they are subject to applicable consumer laws.

If a product develops a functional defect within the warranty period, Smedbo will, upon proof of purchase, either repair, replace the item with a similar one, or refund the original purchase price if necessary.

Customers should promptly notify the retailer or distributor in writing upon noticing a defect. The retailer will then forward the issue to Smedbo. The warranty only covers the product itself and excludes any related damages.

The warranty remains valid as long as the defect isn’t caused by misuse or negligence by the customer. This warranty does not override the customer’s legal rights.
