Please note that some products, including Glass, can not be delivered to Northern Ireland. It is always worth checking prior to purchasing and we can advise.

Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Aqua i to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 3-5 working days.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.

We aim to deliver all Aqua i products within 3-5 working days of an order being received. If for any reason an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered within that time, we will contact you prior to capturing any payment to give you an estimated delivery time or advise of a suitable replacement product.
