Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Geyser to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 2-7 working days.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and if you are happy to wait we will confirm the order. If this is not acceptable, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock or we can cancel the original order.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
