Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable, or are currently manufactured but in an overseas storage facility. On receipt of your order, we will contact Hurlingham Baths to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed. Please remember to check if you are ordering a "made to order" bath, as this could take up to 6 months.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will normally be ready around 10-15 working days following the order confirmation. Either ourselves or the delivery company will then liaise with you regarding the exact delivery date. If you are ordering a bathtub, please remember that these are "curbside" deliveries, and the driver will not be able to bring the product into your house. You need to ensure at least two people are available to take delivery of large items such as these.

If you choose a more bespoke additional finish, this may add more time on to the estimated delivery date, but we will confirm that with you at the time of discussing your finish options.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
