Returns Policy:
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original packaging.
Made-to-order and pre-order items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-returnable after 48 hours unless faulty.

Whilst every effort is made to only advertise products that are in stock, occasionally it may be that some items are unavailable. On receipt of your order, we will contact Tailored Bathrooms to check stock levels are sufficient to proceed.

On confirmation that the items are in stock, your payment will be captured, and delivery will be made within 2-4 working days.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm an estimated re-stocking date with you prior to capturing payment and in some cases where possible, we will offer alternative replacements that are in stock.

Deliveries may take an extra couple of days if going to Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland.
